Principle of operation
The principle is the same as that of ordinary freezers. Commercial freezers use compressors to compress liquid refrigerant into high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then send it to the condenser to dissipate heat and become liquid refrigerant at low temperature and high pressure. Therefore, hot air is blown out of the condenser. Then to the throttling device (generally using capillary) throttling and reducing pressure, into the evaporator, because the refrigerant from the capillary to the evaporator space suddenly increases, the pressure decreases, the liquid refrigerant will vaporize, into a gaseous low temperature refrigerant, so as to absorb a lot of heat, the evaporator will become cold, the use of direct cooling or air cooling, cooling cabinet.
